Erdoğan announces Major Natural Gas Discovery from Abdülhamid Han Drill Ship

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan shared promising news from Türkiye’s 7th-generation drill ship, Abdülhamid Han. “They have received good news from the Göktepe-3 well, completed at a depth of 3,500 meters in Black sea. A new natural gas reserve of 75 billion cubic meters has been discovered,” he announced. President Erdoğan noted that the economic value of the newly discovered natural gas is approximately 30 billion dollars.
