






The Union Minister for Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation U Khin Maung Yi attended the opening ceremony of District Forest Officers Management capacity enhancement training batch No (9) and On-Job Training Batch No (2/2024) for forest ranger who will enter into service after completion of courses at the University of Forestry and Environmental Science held at the assembly hall of Forest Research Department, Yayzin in Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on 18th March.
Speaking on the occasion, the Union Minister said that the trainings are opened for the District Forest Officers who are serving at Forest Management Unit of Myanmar Forest Management for the forest conservation, forest management and sustainable development and forest ranger who will enter into service to be able to manage the forest natural resources in best way in line with the five point-road map and 12 objectives set by he State Administration Council, performance enhancement and to implement complying with the department’s procedures and rules and regularions.
The trainees are urged to study the lessons lectured by the training and try to become high performance excellent personnel. After taking documentary photo, the trainees were cordially greeted. The training will be conducted for 2 weeks from 18th to 29th March at Forest Research Department in Yayzin.
In the afternoon, the Union Minister inspected On-Job refresher course for Deputy staff officers at the head office of the environmental conservation department. The training is being attended by 90 trainees from regions and states in peson/Online system.
