Enhancement of Social Awareness: MSWRR conducts 3-day training

The opening ceremony of the refresher course on enhancement of social awareness was conducted at the meeting hall of the Ministry Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement on Wednesday with the attendance by Union Minister Dr. Soe Win.

In his opening speech, the Union Minister said that the refresher course intends to promote the social knowledge, to understand the work plan that is being carried out based on social subjects and to support the human resource development of the Department of Rehabilitation. He also emphasized that the training could support in effective implementation of the work procedures and the policy of the departments and the ministry.

The training will conducts the social subjects and its related subjects such as teamwork, conflict management, social protection, staff regulations and rules and disability. 47 trainees are attending the training which will be conducted for 3 days from 16th to 18th August.
