Engineering Education Accreditation: Two-day International Conference held in Yangon

The International Conference on Engineering Education Accreditation 2024 (ICEEA 2024) was held on Tuesday, with Myanmar Engineering Council Patron Union Minister Dr. Charlie Than attending via video conference.

Speaking at the conference, the Union Minister urged all to strive for the best to elevate Myanmar's engineering standards to an international level. He expressed confidence that the conference would provide valuable experiences beneficial to engineering development.

The Union Minister also extended words of thanks to all associations that provided comprehensive support for the conference. The Chairmen of the Myanmar Engineering Council, the Federation of Engineering Institutions of Asia and the Pacific (FEIAP), and the World Federation of Engineering Organizations (WFEO) Mr. Mustafa B. Shehu also delivered speeches respectively.

At the conference, chairmen from domestic and international engineering organizations, as well as rectors and experts from engineering universities and institutes, participate in discussions, present papers, and address topics. The conference, aimed at promoting perpetual development in engineering and related technologies, is set to be held for two days.
