Employment Opportunities: MOL Union Minister inspects skill training courses

Union Minister for Labour U Myint Naung along with the officials on Thursday inspected the Basic Automotive Repair and Maintenance Training Course conducted at Yun Nadi Oo Training Center in Dagon MyoThit (North) of Yangon Region.

The Training Center is conducting Basic and Advance training course on Automotive Repair and Maintenance and trainees who completed training period can grab the job opportunities in both locally and internationally. Implementations are underway to train up to 255 trainees during 2024-2025 Fiscal Year.

Then, the Union Minister and party viewed around the training center and instructed the officials for opening more training courses to raise the socio-economic lives of people. For enhancing the quality of trainings, trainers are urged to make constant learning to be able to teach up-to-date technology.

The Union Minister and party later attended the opening ceremony of ThukhaMingalar Clinic atSkill Training Institute, viewed around the newly opened clinic and coordinated the requirement.

 They also oversaw the conducting of training to workers who will work at the foreign countries and inspected cleaning and greening processes in the training compound.  The Skill Training Institute (North Dagon) turned out over 169,200 workers during the period from 4th July 2023 to 30th June 2024.
