Electricity Supply: Power distribution in Dekkhinathiri Township

Union Minister for Electric Power U Nyan Tun, accompanied by concerned officials, inspected the operations at the Electrical Engineer Office in Dekkhina Thiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw Council area, on Saturday.

The Union Minister and party heard reports on power consumption and distribution in Dekkhinathiri Township and its nearby villages, focusing on public electricity services and reducing power losses.

In response to the reports, the Union Minister emphasized the need for proper inspection of power lines and substation equipment, in addition to safeguarding state funds.

The Union Minister and party then toured the operational conditions at the Township Electrical Engineering Office. The Union Minister later proceeded to the 33/11 KV substations to assess power distribution. He also heard briefings from relevant officials and provided the necessary instructions.
