Election in Yangon : Chief Minister oversees the voting process

Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein, Commander of Yangon Region Command and officials, observed the voters casting ballots at respective polling stations in the Region including in Phase-I of 2025 Multi-party Democracy General Election on Sunday.

They visited polling stations at Ward No-8 and 7 in Kamayut, Ward Nos- 6 and 7 in Mayangone, Ward No- 25 in Thingangyun, Ward Nos- 25 and 21 in Dagon MyoThit (South), Konchankone village and compound of University of Cooperative and Management in Thanlyin, Ward No-4 in Botahtaung and Ward No-1 in Kyauktada townships. During the visits, they viewed voters who casted their votes freely and systematically.
