E.Guinea's president thanks Putin for Russian 'instructors' who helped with 'security'

Equatorial Guinea’s president Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo thanked counterpart Vladimir Putin for sending “instructors” to his country, contributing to strengthening “security and defenсe”, during a visit to the Russian capital Moscow where he also attended a Russian energy forum. Russian president Vladimir Putin said that the task of both countries, who are both OPEC+ members, is to “stabilise world energy markets.”
