Efforts for Rural Development: MCRD Union Minister inspected monsoon paddy fields

Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe together with the officials inspected the status of agriculture, livestock breeding and small-scale commodity productions in Inn-Phet-Kone Village and Thephyu Village in Tatkone Township in the evening on 13th October.
First, the Union Minister and party met with the agricultural and general enterprise cooperatives society members and farmers and they clarified the monsoon paddy projects with the Country’s Economic Promotion Fund. In responding to the clarifications, the Union Minister gave necessary instructions and inspected the thriving of monsoon paddy project.
Consequently, the Union Minister and party also inspected the monsoon paddy growing on 139 acres of systematic paddy farm implemented by the members of Village cooperatives society and farmers in Thephyu Village, pig farm and groundnut plantation implemented with the Village involving fund project and the responsible officials explained the status of work implementation.
On the clarifications, the Union Minister gave necessary instruction and coordinated requirements reported by the residents for the regional development.
