Efforts for rural development: MCRD UM inspected generation of irrigation water

The Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe accompanied by the Deputy Minister U Myint Soe and officials, inspected the irrigation water project implemented with 7.7 KW Solar & 5.5 HP Surface Pump by the department of Rural Development with the budget allocation for 2023-2024 fiscal year in Magyipin Village of Tatkone Township in Nay Pyi Taw Council Are in the afternoon on 29th January.

The Union Minister heard the clarification of the region head officer of Department of Rural Development and gave the necessary instruction.

Next, the Union Minister met with the Village residents, farmers who are the members of cooperatives society and departmental officials and elaborated that the Ministry is stressing the development of the socio-economic lives of the rural population, income boosting and creating job opportunities in line with the guidance of the Union government.

And the government is implementing for increasing income of the farmers’ families and the development of socio-economic situations.

The Ministry will provide the necessary inputs, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides under the cooperatives system, the farmers need to work hard actually. Then, the Union Minister fulfilled the work requirements reported by the Village residents and farmers who are members of cooperatives society
