Efforts for Peace: NSPNC and RCSS engage in 2nd day peace talk

National Solidarity and Peacemaking Negotiation Committee-NSPNC and representatives from the Restoration Council of Shan State (RCSS) engaged in the 2nd day peace talk at the National Reconciliation and Peace Centre in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday.

The meeting was attended by Lt-Gen Min Naing, the secretary of the National Solidarity and Peacemaking Negotiation Committee and members and RCSS Secretary-1 Sao Sai Ngin, Central Executive Committee members Sao Saung Han and Sao Um Khe and Central Steering Committee members Sao Sai Han and Sao Sai Lyan.

This meeting focused on the issues that were not been completed in the first day's discussion, plans to held peace conference and general issues. And, the two sides recorded and signed the opinions on the 2-day discussions. It was followed by speeches by the secretary of the National Solidarity and Peacemaking Negotiation Committee Lt-Gen Min Naing and RCSS Secretary-1 Sao Sai Ngin.
