Efforts for Educational Development: Education Management Training Course Closing

Closing ceremony of the Education Management Training Course No. (1) organized by the Ministry of Education was held at the hall of Township Education Management Training School (Yangon) in Mingalardon Township on Wednesday.

At the ceremony, Union Minister for Education Dr. Nyunt Pe said that the training was conducted for management proficient and effective teaching and administrative tasks and to produce high-performance and outstanding civil servants, to follow the education policies, to be able to carry out activities without mistakes and to accelerate the development of the education sector. He also urged trainees to apply the knowledge gained from the course.

Then, the Union Minister presented certificates of completion to the trainees. The training was conducted for 3 months from 16th August to 15th November with a total of 303 trainees from regions and states. Also, the Union Minister attended the closing ceremony of Education Management Training Course No. 1 for high school level principles at B.E.H.S (1) in Kamayut Township.

The training was conducted with a total of 100 principles from the lower Myanmar. Later the day, the Union Minister met with rectors and department heads of the Yangon University and universities from Yangon at the Hall of Yangon University and gave necessary suggestions.

Next, the department heads submitted their suggestions regarding their relevant subjects and the Union Minister fulfilled the requirements. There, the Union Minister also viewed round the research activities at the Center for Research and Innovation.
