Efforts for Agricultural Development: Bago Region CM made ground inspection tour

Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win coordinated and fulfilled requirements on ground for the strengthening and development of crops cultivation in Bago Region (West) in the afternoon on 7th February.

First, the Chief Minister viewed the planting of Viet Nam paddy strain with Drum Seeder together with the local farmers and clarified the benefits by shifting the cultivating methods and instructed necessary matters to the officials.

Next, the Chief Minister inspected the construction works of 2-storey extended building of Nattalin People’s Hospital and gave necessary instruction. At the Too Kan Village in Gyopingauk Township, the Chief Minister inspected thriving commercial plantation of cauliflower and gave necessary instruction to the officials.

Afterward, the Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win and party inspected the field demonstration of plantation with hand-held paddy seeder manufactured by Bago Region in fair price, guided to establish model plantation with the collaboration of farmers as per the Village-tract and conduct the demonstrations of planting pedigree seeds with scientific agricultural methods extensively and gave necessaries to the officials.
