Education Sector: Union Minister visits exam centers in Sittwe

Union Minister for Education Dr. Nyunt Pe on Tuesday visited the matriculation exam centers at the No. 3, No. 2 and No. 1 basic educaiton high schools in Sittwe of Rakhine State. During the visit, the Union Minister viewed the students taking the 5th day matriculation exam in the Physics subject.

He also instructed concerned officials to provide the students with necessary assistance regarding the exam. Also, the Union Minister inspected construction of buildings in those schools. He also visited the Sittwe University and viewed the 2022-2023 academic year exam process, inspected the University, gave instructions and provided necessary assistance.

Also, the Union Minister inspected construction process at the No. 6 and No. 7 basic education high schools and at the Industry, Agriculture and Livestock High School. Later the day, he inspected basic education high schools, middle schools and primary schools as well as the Rakhine State Education Office. In Rakhine State, over 10,000 out of 12,000 registered students for the matriculation exam in the Physics subject took this 5th day matriculation exam.
