Education Development: MOE Union Minister visits schools, colleges and university

Union Minister for Education Dr Nyunt Pe visited Hlegu Education Degree College on Thursday, and held a meeting with the teachers. The Union Minister said the Ministry is providing teaching aids and infrastructures annually according to the priorities. He urged all to make collaborative efforts for development of the institution.

The Union Minister and party later proceeded to the Basic Education High School in Inntakaw and provided the needs of the school. On arrival at Bago University, the Union Minister met with the Rector, Pro-Rector and officials and urged all to strive for nurturing talented students while conducting the research works.

The Union Minister also visited the No.10 Basic Education High School and No.5 Basic Education Branch High School and the Basic Education High Schools in Inndaing and Kyunkalay. During the visit, the Union Minister provided the needs for repair works, water purifiers and teaching aids.

Later in the day, the Union Minister held a meeting with the trainees of Bachelor of Education and Education Diploma at the Learning Hub of the University of Education. He urged all to make constant learning to be expert in their major subjects and related fields, so as to turn out the qualified students.
