Education and economic sector: School enrollment campaign poster erected in Mon State

The Mon State Chief Minister U Aung Kyi Thein, state minister and officials attended a ceremony of erecting school enrollment campaign poster for 2023-2024 academic year held at No (1) Basic Education High School in Mawlamyaing in the morning on May 9.

First, the school band and student pom pom dancers from No (8) Basic Education High School performed and then the Chief Minister, state ministers and officials opened the poster by cutting ceremonial ribbon and provided cash of honor to the members of school band and student pom pom dancers.

The Chief Minister and party also attended the ceremony of erecting school enrollment campaign poster for 2023-2024 academic year held at the Basic Education High School of Kyaikmayaw Township and sprinkled scented water on the poster.

The Chief Minister gave an opening remark at the MSMEs Talk Show organized by Mon State Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency held at the Basic Education High School of Kyaikmayaw in the morning on the same day.

Next, the state minister for economic affairs, Mon State Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency Secretary (Secretary of state government) clarified the status of implementation for the MSMEs development in Mon State in related sectors.

Then, the Chief Minister cordially greeted the local MSMEs entrepreneurs.

Next, the roundtable discussion was continued and discussed the sectors of industrial and MSMEs, land, investment, technological development, getting into market, revenue, banking, human resource development, private sector, question and answer session was conducted, given suggestions and coordinated necessary matters.
