Educating talk for the students: MOI Union Minister gave opening remark

The educating talk on the development of five strengths co-organized by the Ministry of Information and the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs was held at No (11) Basic Education High School in Zabuthiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on Wednesday with the presence of Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn and Deputy Ministers.

First, the Vovinam athletes who will participate in the 13th ASEAN School Games hosted by Viet Nam, student athletes from the Institute of Sports and Physical Education (Yangon) and basic education schools demonstrated the Wushu, Aerobics and Gymnastics. The Union Minister U Maung Maung Ohn provided 500,000 Kyats of cash prize.

Then, the comedians Dein Daung, Si Si and Chit Su entertained with the humors and songs. The students from No (11) Basic Education High School opening the occasion by singing the song of “Pyi Myanmar”. Then, the Union Minister extended words of greeting including aim of organizing educating talk, the Prime Minister treasures the students who will be the future leaders of the country and he instructed to hold the educating talks at the schools for more understanding and knowledge on the five strengths.

The Union Minister wished for the students to become those who contribute the interests for the people and the reliable citizens of the country. Then, the speaker Daw May Kyawt Shin gave an educating talk for the development of five strengths of the students and youth. The Union Minister presented memorable gifts to the speaker Daw May Kyawt Shin.

Afterward, the school principal Daw Thet Thet Thin accepted the books and journals for the school library donated by the Union Minister U Maung Maung Ohn and the sports materials donated by the Deputy Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs U Myo Hlaing.

Next, the artistes from MRTV-4 including Lucus, Net Shine Ko, Than Sin See Sar and May Thin Ko extended words of greetings. And the Union Minister U Maung Maung Ohn presented memorable gifts to the artistes from MRTV-4.

The educating talk is held with the accompaniment of colorful photo exhibition outside of the school for the students to gain knowledge on the prominent places across the nation, mobile library arranged by the community center (Pyinmana), funny games for the students and the autographing by the comedians Dein Daung, Si Si and Chit Su. The students participated in the fun fairs happily.
