ECOWAS heads of State arrive in Abuja for Extraordinary Summit

Heads of state from member countries of the Economic Community of West African States arrive in Abuja, the Nigerian capital, to discuss the situation in Niger, which has been under sanctions for seven months, at a new extraordinary summit of the regional organization.

During the summit, authority of Heads of State and Government of ECOWAS set to discuss on the political, peace and security situation in the West African Region.
