Economic Development : SAC Member meets MSME businessmen in Kayah State

Member of the State Administration Council Porel Aung Thein attended a meeting with MSME businesses in Kayah State on Wednesday.

In his opening speech, the SAC member stated that the government is encouraging MSME businesses to promote economic development in the country.

He called for the cooperation of all stakeholders in their efforts to boost the economic development of the state. Chief Minister U Zaw Myo Tin later reported on the work undertaken for MSME development in the state.

The attendees then reported on the needs of their respective sectors, to which departmental personnel responded.

The Chief Minister elaborated on the reports, and the meeting concluded with closing remarks by the SAC member. Following the meeting, the SAC member and his party viewed displays of MSME products.
