Dust storm sweeps across US city of Phoenix in Arizona

A dust storm swept through the city of Phoenix in the US state of Arizona late Monday. The storm plunged the city into near-zero visibility and leaving behind downed trees, wind damage and widespread power outages. More than 15,000 people lost power and hundreds of flights delayed at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport after arrivals and departures were paused.
