Drugs Seizures: Stimulant tablets, caffeine and related materials seized

Illegal drugs and related-materials were seized in Mandalay Region and Shan State. In Yamethin Township area of Mandalay Region and in Tachileik Township area of Shan State, 10,000 stimulant tablets, 39 kilograms of caffeine and related materials used in stimulant tablets making were seized.

2 men were arrested along with the seizures. Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken against the suspects in line with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
