Drugs Seizures: Heroin, opium and stimulant tablets seized

Illegal drugs were seized in Shan State. In Kunhing and Loilem townships of the State, over 12 kilograms of heroin, 8 kilograms of opium and 200,000 stimulant tablets were seized.

The seizures led to arrests of 2 men. Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken against the suspects along with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
