Drugs Seizures: Heroin, ecstasy tablets and ‘Happy Water’ seized

Illegal drugs were seized in eastern Shan State. In Tachileik Township area of the State, over 475 kilograms of heroin, ecstasy tablets and ‘Happy Water’ worth over 7.1 billion Kyats were seized.

3 men were arrested along with the seizures. Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken against the suspects in line with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
