Drugs seized: 13.2 kilos of heroin confiscated in Naung Cho

Acting on tip-off, a combined team consisting of members of the Anti-illegal Drugs Police Force searched a ISUZU container box vehicle driven by Myo Min near the Oriental Toll-Gate on Lashio-Mandalay Road in NaungCho Township at 3 p.m. on 27th March and seized 13.2 kilos of heroin worth 198 million Kyats in current price.

According to the investigation, the confiscated heroin was conveyed to Mandalay Region from Shan State (North). In connection with this case, the suspect wase taken actions and investigation is underway to expose those who committed the crime.
