Drug Seizures: Thousands Of Stimulant Tablets Seized In Rakhine State, Yangon Region

Thousands of stimulant tablets were seized in Rakhine State and Yangon Region.

351,000 stimulant tablets were seized in Thaechaung Village of Maungtaw Township on Sunday evening – the seizure led to an arrest of a woman.

On the same day, 49,500 stimulant tablets were seized in Bawamyint Ward of Thingangyun Township – a man and a woman were arrested along with the seizure. Actions were taken under the Narcotics Drug and Psychotropic Substance Law, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
