Drug Seizures: Over 1 million stimulant tablets confiscated

Illegal drug was seized in Shan State and Mandalay Region. In NaungCho Township of Shan State and in Patheingyi Township of Mandalay Region, 1.1 million stimulant tablets worth over 1 billion Kyats were confiscated. 5 men were arrested along with the seizures.

Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken against the suspects along with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
