Drug Seizures: Heroin, Thousands Of Stimulant Tablets Seized

Heroin and thousands of stimulant tablets were seized, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs. 100,000 stimulant tablets and a gun were seized in Tachileik Township area of Shan State – the seizure led to the arrest of a man. 

Also, 99 grams of heroin hidden in soap boxes were seized in Phaungpyin Township of Sagaing Region – 2 men were arrested along with the seizure. 1,687 stimulant tablets were seized in Naungcho Township area of Shan State – 3 men were arrested in this drug case.
