Drug Seizure: Over 4.1 billion kyats worth drugs seizedin Keng Tung

Over 4.1 billion kyats worth drugs havebeen seized in Keng Tung Township of Shan State (East),according to Myanmar Police Force.

On 22nd August, a combined team comprising members of Drug Enforcement Division, acting on a tip-off, raided the house of Ma Arr Mee in Hwehi Village of Keng Tung Township.

They discovered 1.25 million stimulant tablets and 427 kilogram of Kataminein the Mitsubishi Pajero that was in the compound. Action has been taken against in line with the law and further investigations are underway.
