Drug Seizure: Over 1 billion kyats worth Methamphetamine seized

The Myanmar Police Force in Mandalay Region seized 52 kilo of ICE (Methamphetamine), valued at over 1 billion kyats. Acting on a tip-off, the Anti-Narcotic Unit led to the interception of a Mark II vehicle driven by Hein Htet Aung. The vehicle was stopped and searched at the intersection of 115th Street and 65th Street in Pyigyidagun Township.

During the search, authorities discovered 52 kilograms of ICE, leading to the arrest of Hein Htet Aung. Further investigation and interrogation revealed that Ma Nan @ Ma Shan Ma @ Ma Nan Shwe Lu, was apprehended in Tagundaing Ward for orchestrating the transportation of the illicit goods from Shan State to Yangon Region. The Myanmar Police Force has filed a lawsuit in accordance with the law.
