Opium was seized in Kalaw Township of Shan State. 7.6 kilograms of opium were seized in Yayyar Village of Kalaw Township – the seizure led to an arrest of a man.
Actions were taken under the Narcotic Drug and Psychotropic Substances Law, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
