Drug Seizure: K1.32 billion worth heroin seized in Kalay Township

Myanmar Police Force reported that heroin worth of 1.32 billion kyat was confiscated in Kalay Township.

On 28th June, a combined team of security force members conducted a search on Zone 12-wheeled vehicle near Aye Thaya Village in Kalay Township and seized 26.4 kilo of heroin worth of 1.32 billion kyat along with 2 suspects. Further investigation led to the arrest of another suspect in Pyi Gyi Ta Khun Township. The suspects have been taken actions in line with the laws.
