Drug Seizure: 1.32 billion kyats worth stimulant tablets seized in Kyaukse

1.32 billion kyats worth stimulant tablets were seized in Kyaukse Township of Mandalay Region, the Myanmar Police Force reported. A combined team search the ISUZU D-MAX vehicle, driven from Taunggyi to Kyaukse, near Than Ywar village at 4:00 PM on October 27th, and discovered 8.8 million stimulant tablets.

According to the interrogation, the seized stimulant tablets are transported to Payathonzu Township of Kayin State from Shan State (South). The investigation is underway and legal action has been taken against the suspect.
