Drug seizure: 1.2 million stimulant tablets seized in Mandalay Region

Illegal drug was seized in Mandalay Region. In Pyigyidagun Township of the Region, 1.2 million stimulant tablets destined for Rakhine State worth about 1.8 billion Kyats were seized. 2 men and 2 women were arrested along with the seizures. Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken against the suspects in line with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
