'Don't ask AI to do your homework' Pope Leo tells US teens

Pope Leo XIV joined young US Catholics in an online meeting to talk about how they use technology. He mentioned Carlo Acutis, the Italian teenager beatified for his faith and known for building simple websites about Catholic teaching while keeping strict limits on his own screen time. He then told students "don't ask AI to do your homework", adding that machines cannot judge right from wrong or feel any sense of wonder.
