Donations for religious buildings: Cash donation for cyclone affected religious buildings

A cash donation ceremony of LING JIOU MOUNTAIN (H.K) BUDDHIST SOCIETY LIMITED and WHITE JADE WANG INTERPRISE CO.,LTD to the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture  for rehabilitation works of religious buildings in cyclone hit areas was held at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on Monday.

It was attended by Union Minister U Ko Ko, Deputy minister and officials. At the ceremony, managing director of WHITE JADE WANG INTERPRISE CO.,LTD U Tin San Myint clarified about the donation of  200 million kyats for the imlementation of rehabilitation works on the religious buildings in the area affected by cyclone MOCHA on behalf of LING JIOU MOUNTAIN sayardaw and the Union Mninister expressed words of thanks and the donation cash will be used in places when they want to donate.

After that, a donation of 100 million kyats from LING JIOU MOUNTAIN (H.K) BUDDHIST SOCIETY LIMITED and a donation of 100 million kyats from WHITE JADE WANG ENTERPRISE CO.,LTD, a total donation of 200 million kyats was presented to the Union Minister of Religious Affairs and Culture by the Managing Director of WHITE JADE WANG ENTERPRISE CO.,LTD. Union Minister received a cash donation and gave the certificates of honor.
