Donation of honor: MoHT staff families donated foodstuff

The Ministries, Departments, and generous donors are consistently contributing cash assistance and essential foodstuffs to support the security forces performing their national security and defense duties.

On August 19th, the staff family of the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism held a donation event at the Nay Pyi Taw Command. Union Minister for Hotels and Tourism, Dr. Thet Thet Khaing, Commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command MaJ-Gen Soe Min, and other officials were present at the event.

During the event, the Union Minister presented basic food items valued at over 6 million Kyats donated by the Ministry's staff families, to the commander. In response, the Commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command awarded a certificate of honor and expressed words of thanks. It is reported that essential provisions will be delivered directly into the hands of those security forces.
