Disseminating misinformation :Terrorists disseminating misinformation

It is reported that the illegal destructive media outlet “DVB” is spreading fake news and misinformation presented that one woman died and five injured after a house explosion in Shwe Gu Taung village due to the attack of heavy weapon in the evening on 1st of January by police battalion in Mrauk-U Township of Rakhine State.

According to a security officer relating to that news, the explosion had happened in Shwe Gu Taung village due to the attack of the AA insurgents with heavy weapons resulting several injured and there is no attack of Mrauk-U police battalion.  Similarly, it is learnt that three civilians were injured due to an explosion in Tayoke village, Theinni Township of northern Shan state on 1st of January by the terrorist insurgents’ heavy weapons attack.

The terrorists are spreading fake news and misinformation via terrorist sympathizer media outlets by ambushing from the residential houses in wards and villages, burning houses and firing heavy weapons in the villages to hide their actions and to lose the trust of local residents on the Tatmadaw.
