Disinformation: Fake news on military service recruitment

It had been found that destructive media are spreading fabricated news, alleging that Tatmadaw conscripted Islamic people into frontline, with some deaths in the battles, while continuing the recruits for new forces.
Concerning this, an official refuted that it is only fake news and illegal destructive media are intentionally spreading false news about Islamic peoplein Rakhine State.
Similarly, one of a subversive destructive media outlets, Khit Thit, is spreading fake news, alleging that Tatmadaw is collecting 5,000 Kyats per house in MinMyay Village of PwintPhyu Township for military service. It is also fabricated news in order to cause misunderstanding among the public.
Illegal and destructive media and those who do not want peaceful State, are propagating various fake news regarding the People’s Military Service Law in order to make people panic.
