Discontinue violated fishing vessels in Viet Nam

To combat the illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing, Quang Binh province in Viet Nam has implemented coordinated solutions to end the "three no" fishing vessel situation: no registration, no license, and no inspection.

Through the participation of all sectors and levels, the number of "three no" fishing vessels has been significantly reduced in a short time. According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the province has been performing well in helping fishermen maintain their livelihoods according to the law.
