Disaster Management: Rakhine State Committee holds coordination meeting 3/2024

Rakhine State Natural Disaster Management Committee held the coordination meeting 3/2024 on Tuesday at the regional Government office. In the meeting, Chairman of the Committee Chief Minister U Htein Lin said that bracing and management related to natural disasters are being carried out continuously.

The steering committee and the relevant committees must complete the documentation of the damages due to the cyclonic storm Mocha that hit on the 14th of May 2023 and restoration works. And, attendees made reports on measures taken and plans for the publication of the Mocha record book, and the Chief Minister coordinated the reports.
