Diplomatic Relations: President receives the Ethiopian delegation

President U Min Aung Hlaing received Ethiopian delegation led by Mr. Daba Debele Hunde, Ambassador of Ethiopia to Myanmar based in Japan who has completed his tour of duty in Myanmar at President Office in Nay Pyi Taw on Thursday.

During the meeting, both sides cordially exchanged views on significant outcomes along friendly diplomatic journey between the two countries, current work implementations of the two governments, friendly visits between high-ranking officials of the two nations, scholar exchange programs and parliamentary cooperation acceleration.

They also discussed restoring peace in border areas and difficulties encountered, systematic deportation of the illegal foreign nationals, promotion of bilateral cooperation especially in agriculture, trade and tourism sectors, as well as further collaboration to strengthen the existing friendly relations.
