Diploma awarding ceremony: Shan State CM attended the ceremony

Organized by the Department of Human Resources for Health, the diploma awarding ceremony for those who had completed 3-year Nursing-Midwifery Diploma course took place in the City hall of Taunggyi Township in the morning on 27th October with the attendance of Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Zaw Aye.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that a total of 101 trainees from the Nursing and Midwifery Training Schools were awarded in the ceremony. 2 nursing universities and 53 nursing and midwifery training schools under the the Department of Human Resources for Health have been opened up till now and doctorate, bachelor, master and diploma courses were conducted for the trainees at 2 nursing universities, he added.
He urged all trainees to join the various workplaces with respect, honor and uplift the prestige of the state and nation.
Then, 2 principals of Nursing and Midwifery Training Schools received honoraria presented by the Chief Minister and the Chief Minister, Chief Justice of the State High Court, State Ministers, State Advocate General and concerned officials greeted those who achieved the diploma certificate.
And, the principal awarded diploma certificates to those who had completed the 3-year diploma course.
