A video of a dinosaur urging the United Nations General Assembly to act immediately to avoid 'extinction' at the hands of climate change was released Wednesday by the United Nations Development Program.

The video titled 'Don't Choose Extinction' is the first-ever produced inside the General Assembly Hall using computer-generated imagery, known as CGI.  The video is aimed at people who care about the issue of climate change but don't know what to do.

The video is currently translated in 35 languages. The English version of 'Don't Choose Extinction' is voiced by American actor Jack Black.
