Dinner Reception: SAC Chairman honours the judges and artists

A dinner reception in honour of the 25th Silver Jubilee Myanmar Traditional Cultural Performing Arts Competition took place at Myanmar International Convention Center (2) in Nay Pyi Taw on Wednesday.

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing attended the reception, and gave honorary speech, appreciating the support and efforts of the artistes for successful holding of the competition with full of nationalistic essence.

He urged all to hand over the legacy of arts to the new generation while striving to promote the value of cultural heritage. During the reception, the certificates of honour were presented to the members of judges, the oldest and youngest contestants, and concerned personnel for their support to the competition.

Before and during the dinner, artistes from the Fine Arts Department under the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture, Myanma Radio and Television under the Ministry of Information, Myawady Music Troupe under the Directorate of Public Relations and Psychological Warfare performed with various entertainment.
