Dinner Reception: Myanmar hosts dinner in honour of BIMSTEC delegations

National Security Adviser and Union Minister at the State Administration Council Chairman’s Office (1) Admiral Moe Aung hosted a dinner reception for BIMSTEC member countries in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday evening and it was attended by the National Security Chiefs of BIMSTEC member countries and their wives, Secretary-General of BIMSTEC and his wife, members of the working committee for successful hold the 4th BIMSTEC National Security Chiefs’ Meeting Deputy Ministers and their wives.

First, Union Minister Admiral Moe Aung, National Security Chiefs of BIMSTEC and their wives viewed round the displays of Myanmar traditional handicrafts, traditional souvenirs and souvenirs shops.

Next, Union Minister Admiral Moe Aung made a welcoming speech and had a friendly dinner with the National Security Chiefs and Security-General of BIMSTEC and their wives.  

During the dinner, artistes from the Arts Department under the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture performed the Myanmar traditional dances, traditional dances of BIMSTEC member countries and honorable songs of BIMSTEC.
