Development Works: Road upgrading works inspected

Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein together with the regional ministers, inspected the tarred paving on Taikkyi-Phaunggyi-Bago Road on Saturday. With the allotted budget of 2023-2024 fiscal year by the Regional Government, the Road Department is undertaking the project. Officials reported on progress of tarred paving works, proper flow of drainage system and construction of retaining walls.

The Chief Minister and party later inspected the gravel paving on the entrance road of Breeding Zones, construction of Box Culvert, drainage system, asphalt paving of road near Ohnnepin Village and gravel paving on Kaishogyi Village. The Chief Minister instructed for worksite safety and meeting the set standard.
