Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin along with the departmental officials made inspection in Sittwe Township on Thursday.
At Thetkaypyin village and KhaungDokeKar IDPs camp, the Chief Minister and party oversaw the census collection works, cordially greeted the locals, heard reports by the officials and coordinated the requirement. Next, the Chief Minister and party inspected upgrading and repairing processes of Thetkaypyin village road and Sittwe-Palinpyin road as well as the digging of drainages, being implemented by the Rakhine State Government fund.
The Chief Minister heard reports on completion works of the roads and future implementation processes. Upon the reports, the Chief Minister gave necessary instructions and coordinated the needs. It is learnt that Sittwe-Palinpyin road will benefit over 20,000 people from 14 villages.
