Development Works: MCRD Union Minister tours in Myitkyina

Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe toured in Kachin State to oversee the work process being implemented by the State Economic Promotion Fund.

On arrival at the Office of the State Cooperatives Department, the Union Minister met with the State, District and Township level personnel and urged for collaboration with farmers for agricultural development, providing technological assistance.

They then viewed the dairy cow farm and production works by Super One Cooperative Association and Hand Weaving Industry by Janephaw Thu Cooperative Association. During the inspection, the Union Minister instructed to produce quality products with plans for market expansion.
