Development Works: MCRD Union Minister tours in Kachin State

Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe met with officials and staff under the Ministry in Kachin State at the State Cooperative Department on 8th January. 

During the meeting, the Union Minister stressed to practice systematic cultivation method for sucessful yielding of crop plantations being implemented by the state economic promotion fund. He called for cooperation and collaboration among the four departments in solving the difficulties faced while implementing the works.

He also urged all to work together for the State’s economic development and food sufficiency and to provide assistance for agriculture, breeding and other sectors through collaborative efforts.

Next, the Union Minister inspected the work operation at “Super One” dairy products distribution cooperatives Co.,Ltd in Shwe Nyaung Pin Ward of Myitkyina Township which is being implemented with the state economic promotion fund and the distribution process of Kachin Traditional clothings at “JeinPhawThu” industrial loom cooperatives society. The Union Minister coordinated the needs after inquiring about the market condition and work implementations.
