Development Works: Infrastructure progress in Dawei Township

On 1st February, Tanintharyi Region Chief Minister U Myat Ko inspected the construction of the City Hall in Dawei Township.

He heard reports on progress of construction process including construction of road, parking lot and concrete paving, box culvert, drainage and drain cover installation, electricity and water access and other necessary matters. Upon reports, the Chief Minister stressed on timely completion of the processes, meeting set standards and inspected the construction processes.

Subsequently, the Chief Minister inspected the construction of Assembly Hall at No.1 Basic Education High School and gave necessary instructions.

On the same day, the Chief Minister oversaw the construction of drainage platform along Ka Myaw Kin Road between Nivana intersection and San Chi intersection. He stressed the need for relocation of street lamps in construction areas, systematic drainage installation to mitigate flood as well as timely completion of the process.
